N-Pulse is a functioning SaaS product for e-commerce operations. It brings operational overview and working functions together so commerce work can be seen, prepared and acted on in one system, across one or more shop environments.
- Situation
- Commerce operations where the information needed to act was spread across places that never quite met. Seeing the situation and doing something about it were separate jobs.
- What mattered
- Making the operational picture usable rather than producing another report. What matters is whether someone can see the situation and act on it in the same place, and whether that holds as operations grow more complex.
- What Nordleid took responsibility for
- The product itself: what it is for, how it works, and the development that keeps it moving. N-Pulse is a distinct Nordleid-developed product, not a sub-project inside one engagement.
- Development
- A commerce operations system that brings operational overview, control and the actions that follow from it into one place. It connects to the commerce infrastructure the client already runs and adds operational capability beyond the standard commerce environment. Shopify stays theirs. AI is integrated into defined parts of the operating workflow rather than bolted on beside it: it prepares operational output inside the same workflows, while deciding and acting stay with the people doing the work.
- Evidence
- The system is live and runs in real commercial use across one or more shop environments. F&S Active uses N-Pulse through that integration.
- Continuation
- Operational decisions get made where the information already sits. The product continues to develop around how it is actually used.
